An experiential mind-body psychotherapy group that will foster the exploration of life issues, needs, longings, traumas, relationship patterns, and joys through the experience and wisdom of the body.

This on-going group aims to help:

Increase self-awareness

Deepen authenticity

Develop consciousness and intentionality

Promote creativity, spontaneity and wonder.

Co-lead by Jeff Gilbert, LPC, LMT, CST & Margaret Mason, LCPC, BC-DMT, staff at the Center for Religion and Psychotherapy of Chicago, a not for profit organization that provides services that engage the psychological, spiritual, and creative dimensions of the human experience.

Jeff Gilbert has an M.A. in Dance/Movement Therapy and Counseling, is a Certified Structural Therapist, and is trained in and utilizes leading-edge tools such as CranioSacral Therapy, Psychophysical Re-education, Sensory Motor Psychotherapy treatment for trauma, and EMDR. 

Margaret Mason, LCPC, BC-DMT, has a broad background in counseling, the arts and education.  Margaret brings specialized knowledge of body- mind connection to her clinical work.  As a certified Imago Relationship Therapist, she helps individuals understand their relationship patterns and couples develop a more conscious, intentional relationship. Couples enhance their relationship by learning to attune both verbally and non-verbally as a means of facilitating empathic connection.
